Established in 2009 Altavista Property is the leading Commercialising / master agent of modern and contemporary villas, townhouses and apartments in Marbella and the surrounding areas. Our systems and standards are carefully managed and we are accredited with ISO 9001. The development arm of Altavista Property born out of the demand for high quality modern homes; and thanks to our own in house team of architects and technicians we have the capability to develop any real estate project from drawing board to delivery. We have successfully conceived projects from scratch and have adapted existing projects to today’s market demands. Realised projects include La Finca de Marbella 1, Encinas Townhouses, La Morelia de Marbella, La Valvega de la Cala, La Finca de la Cala and La Montesa de Marbella.
